Many cats we have in this town and many of them are stray. It is therefore important that the Mayor takes charge of sterilizing cats so that they cease to reproduce constantly. An unsterilized cat is an endangered cat, as well as its future layers.
Many people complain that there are many stray cats, but what harm do they do? How can many of them let them starve? It is likely that the best way to protect animals is by sterilizing them.
