Because there are many dogs and cats that must be sterilized, especially in the most needy neighborhoods of the city. Because these pups are future streetbirds and so the population of dogs and cats will continue to grow. Many of these pups end up dying in the street or will be hunted by the kennel and being sacrificed, because few are rescued and given for adoption.
We need the Municipality to do something for the stray animals, and with that we do not mean to hunt them and to sacrifice them, but to rescue them, to vaccinate them, to sterilize them and to give them in responsible adoption.
