We can not continue like this. From trucks, buses, motorcycles, etc. It is impossible to fall asleep. You can not open the windows, walls and crystals shiver. It is already well of physical and psychic exhaustion. Anyone who lives near a public thoroughfare knows what I am talking about.
The inspections carried out by the Municipal Acoustics Center of the City of Madrid reflect that in almost a third of the tests the maximum allowed values are exceeded.
We must ask the City to fight with measures such as the declaration of areas specially protected from noise, the promotion of electric vehicles or the renovation of part of the bus fleet has among its challenges the pacification of road traffic.
We hope that this problem that affects us all will be solved soon.
