Sociability certificate for potentially dangerous dogs (PPP) and so they can walk without muzzle

Addressed to: Royal Spanish Canine Society and 1 more

Require that the owners of potentially dangerous dogs, can obtain a certificate through a sociability test, thus demonstrating that their pets are totally sociable with both people and other dogs and thus be able to choose to walk the animal without a muzzle.

We know that any dog can be dangerous in the wrong hands, but we also know that if we simply ask them to walk without a muzzle, they will never accept it. Therefore, the owners of dogs considered potentially dangerous want to be able to demonstrate with the law in hand, that our dogs are completely suitable to walk free without muzzle. Because people can "cheat" a psychological test but ... dogs do not! That's how we keep silent, so we show that they are great races, affectionate, noble and perfect to be with children.

In Spain, Royal Decree 287/2002, by which Law 50/1999 is developed, on the legal regime of the possession of potentially dangerous animals, refers in particular to the domestic fauna of the canine species.

The following breeds are considered potentially dangerous dogs: pit bull terrier, Staffordshire bull terrier, American Staffordshire terrier, rottweiler, Argentine bulldog, Brazilian row, Tosa Inu, Akita Inu.

The breed does not condition the character of the dog, if its breeding, so the owners of dogs classified as dangerous, we want to show that our pets are as sociable as the other breeds.
