Because the Government promised that with the increase of the ticket they would improve the services and there are many groups without air conditioning, and the temperature in summer goes up to 39 of thermal and it becomes unbearable to travel hours crammed, dead of heat, in a bad mood for having to pay a lot of money for bad service.
Since the price of tickets go up continuously, it would also be effective to make those that take more than 20 minutes the trip free.
