Before leaving the Treasury, José Antonio Meade Kuribreña left us a stipulated gift. While diverting the attention of the people with the raise of the gasoline price, today Congress passed a tax law on the "surplus value" of real estate, that added value was the only tangible and real thing that the owners of a real estate had. How is that? When you are a person, you build or buy your house, which in most cases happens in the future to be the property of your loved ones, you do it thinking about the value that this property will acquire over the years, which means "FAMILY SECURITY", now it turns out that this added value will be and will become the property of the Government of each entity, because the government contributes to the surplus value of the real property is increased by the works surrounding that property created by himself, such as parks, services, and others, forgetting that those services in and of themselves are paid with the taxes of citizens.

Now they intend to keep the only thing that guarantees security to the citizens !!!! If your house cost $ 700,000 pesos and after two years your house increased a percentage X, when selling your surplus value is yours and no one else's and the government intends to keep that profit, which implies that you will only receive $ 700,000 pesos corresponding at the acquisition value !!!! And now, where else are they going to hit us? Not to mention that you already pay taxes for alienation and sale that you pay in the notaries when making a purchase sale transaction !!!
