It is of utmost urgency to manage an animal hospital for owners with low incomes, as animals deserve attention and health care. Currently, a person with low resources cannot afford a visit to the veterinarian due to high costs. In my case, I have a cat that I rescued from the street, giving her a new lease on life. However, due to our economic situation, we cannot afford to have her spayed, which also includes the cost of antibiotics and medication. Therefore, it is of utmost importance to enact a law in which the government facilitates a hospital for animals owned by those with low resources.
