There are many dogs and cats in the street, and so many horses walking on the roads, to the point that six run over horses have been killed, and also more than fifteen run over dogs.
We need a veterinarian to give them free treatment so that they can be sterilized and thus reduce the number of animals on the street.
And also that the treatment of TVT disease is free for all animals that need it.
There are too many dogs on the streets and it is time to do something.
