The neglect and abandonment is too much, there are thousands of dogs and cats in the streets, it hurts the heart to see so many animals in the street going hungry, sick, desperate, for the abandonment! THERE ARE NO REFUGEES OR SUFFICIENT PUBLIC VETERINARY HOSPITALS, FREE REMEDIES!
Many abandonments, many dead! We are going to stop with that, we need to take severe measures to punish the abandonment, and more government action in terms of rescue, shelter, care and adoption.
