Dogs and cats are animals that humans tame, and now they depend on us to eat and take place to live. It is very sad that people have puppies as if they were toys and then abandon them, tie them or mistreat them.
In Mexico City as well as in all the states there are stray animals, and when someone wants to help them and they do not have enough space to have them, they have no place to take them. There are no shelters and they end up in dog pounds where they are killed. You can not continue with unconsciousness, animals feel and suffer.
With this petition, the corresponding authorities are asked to help with the creation of shelters and free medical care. Let's end the neglect and animal abuse.
