This is something that we need in all the provinces of Ecuador, so that dogs do not continue to reproduce in the streets, so that the mistreatment of these defenseless little animals that does not harm anyone ends.
It is sad to see so much pain and suffering, but it is sadder to see people's indifference. They should punish all those who mistreat them without reason or motive, adding to this the great pain that they already have when living in the midst of loneliness and hunger.
There is no right to disrespect life, a life that was created by GOD. I can see in their looks their sadness and pain, and my heart anguishes not having the possibility to help.
How can the human being say to love if he is not capable of loving a defenseless being?
