The city of Francisco Morato currently encounters a very high number of dogs and other abandoned animals. Dogs are concentrated in greater numbers in the city center or at the CPTM station.
In the case of animals, we need to have a chip to avoid abandonment, opening however a dialogue with the owners if there are no more financial conditions to continue with the possession of those animals that suffer the cold, pain, hunger , thirst, and often the abuse. If possible, we want certain people who could not keep the animal's guard to give them up for adoption and not abandon them.
