Sao Francisco do Sul SC needs to build a shelter for homeless animals, because it is not fair that due to humans the animals suffer from hunger and cold in the streets.
There are more abandoned animals in the streets than in houses, many of them are run over, and that's not right, we see the street dogs limping, skinny and starving in every street in the city. We have to take the initiative in this regard!
If we do not do it for them who will?
