This petition is very important because we have many dogs and cats in the streets, suffering, suffering from hungry and thirsty, and end up procreating for not being castrated. There are also a large number of animals that suffer mistreatment by their owners, who end up abandoning them.
The shelter would be to rescue these animals and prepare them for responsible adoption.
