Set an example by sanctioning the lady who tried to leave her dog in the trunk of the car

According to Colombian legislation, a Law is already in place for the animal abuser, LAW 1774 JANUARY 06, 2106, and also the competent bodies to deal with these cases is the National Police of Colombia, where exercising their protection is expressed in these Laws . It is therefore important that this Law be sanctioned to frustrate those acts that violate and / or hurt the already declared sentient beings and not things, such as animals, to which the Government of this country (Colombia), acknowledged their RIGHT.

That is why, through this petition, to set an example with this lady, as an abuser where in a very clear video, she tried to put a dog in the trunk, which kilometers before wanted to dump, but failed because there were drivers that the they forced the dog into the cart (the witness is the one who only records the episode of the store, who decided to follow it due to that attempt to abandon); Although there is no evidence of abandonment in Carrera 1ra, in the city of Santiago de Cali, Valle del Cauca, Colombia, there is a clear video of its disastrous action when the dog is put into the trunk, which is pressured by passers-by who saw the event, got the lady to take it out.

No more animal abuse, and compliance with Laws, which I hope the dog appears, because there are several people who want to adopt it to give a good life and give dignity to their animal life.

By means of this petition, then, to request the Environmental Police of the City of Santiago de Cali and other cities, if this lady was just passing through, because the plates of her vehicle are registered from another city Pereira - Risaralda, to apply to this lady the LAW OF ANIMAL PROTECTION and that the dog appears with life.
