This petition aims to apply harsher penalties, restricting freedom, to evil people who inflict pain and mutilation on animals. We have to stop giving alternative penalties such as "provation" or community work. I will say in a few words: people who do things similar or worse than this should receive prison sentences.
We do not allow these people to go unpunished in cases of mistreatment and killing of animals.
