Addressed to: Secretary of Public Education
Because it is not possible so much abandonment in the streets, so much mistreatment in their houses and that nothing is done about it. In the face of so many cases of mistreatment it is important to raise awareness of the new generations, as this would be fighting for a country with education and sensitivity to animals.
We need children in schools to learn to care for and protect animals, for that they should have texts on the subject.
