In this house in Vila Velha, Espíritu Santo, they keep this dog of the Shih Tzu breed in a wooden box like a cage, imprisoned day and night. There has to be a way to save the poor little animal from this prison.
Why accept a dog to raise and care? Only those who love and respect animals feel the pain and sadness that this poor animal is feeling.
Let's get that animal out of that house urgently!
