The world is not only of man, these living beings were given life to complement the welfare of human beings, but unfortunately, I think the man is more beast than the beast itself.
Because instead of hurt these innocent creatures, not seek another way of doing things without harming nature? I do not share animal abuse, whatever all feel pain and feels anyone, they are living beings.
That is why we as citizens must raise awareness for other people not to abandon their animals, but is not enough, the Government must help so that it can reach no more abandoned animals in our streets.
Free sterilizations, high fines for abandoning animals and high taxes for people who profit selling pure-bred animals.
All, together we can make a change, but we need your help so the Government take the step and begin a new era in which the animals are not longer abandoned on our streets.
