Because I love animals, and when I go to walk with my family I see those animals abandoned in the streets and I wonder what these poor animals have done to deserve so much abuse. They look skinny, hurt by bites, torn by blows, dirty, hungry, going through all sorts of hardships without anyone do anything for them.
I want my government to do something for these animals, to take them out of the streets, to take them to shelters where they are taken care of and given for adoption. I do not want to continue to see them in the street, to see them suffer and die without anyone loving them.
I want shelters for these animals, and that Justice imposes heavy fines on people who abandon them on the street.
