The great social leader, director of the La Guaca Foundation, is being evicted from the foundation after 25 years of giving his work to the most disadvantaged community in Cali, El Valle and surrounding departments.
It is a community library, with mothers of sidewalks that have been trained and have created community libraries. They also conduct a violence prevention program, free English instruction to children, all low-income children, and many community-based activities.
