We are witnessing an unforgivable setback. Is not killing dogs that the claim of farmers can be solved, many of them are irresponsible owners of pets.
Zoonosis Commission suspended the castrations in March and never resumed them. Proponents of the voiceless organize days of economic castrations often funded from our own pockets but do not give the items to cover all needs. Neutering is the only way to stop the indiscriminate reproduction.
We urgently need state support for the task.
