Cats deserve to live and not die in the hands of neighbors and their dogs, who leave them loose by urbanization, no matter that they kill cats, even knowing that it is prohibited. The City of Reus knows what happens and to this day has not acted to solve this problem.
We need the authorities to enforce the Laws so that our cats stop being attacked and killed by the dogs that the neighbors leave loose, in spite of being prohibited. Our cats deserve the same respect as dogs and deserve to be able to rest without being attacked.
