Without the bees we are going to die of hunger because we depend on them to produce vegetal foods, they are vital for the pollination, there is a risk that the bees are being finished therefore chemical that is used. At present urges that the bees are protected at a global level because if they disappear we starve.
Bees are much more important than we think. World food production and terrestrial biodiversity depend to a large extent on pollination, a natural process that allows the flowers to be fermented and thus yield fruits and seeds. Bees, and other insects such as butterflies and bumblebees, are responsible for this process and yet their populations are declining by giant steps.
