Because the fauna in street condition does not deserve further abuse, that cowardly and criminal act of the authorities of the Animal Care Center, against our Penal Code of Michoacán, Mexico. What is required is that the Manager Katia Ortiz stops intervening with traffic of influences, nepotism and patrimonialism.
What is needed at the Animal Care Center is an extensive program of sterilization, adoption and dissemination of animal welfare and responsible holding.
