Addressed to: Government of Puerto Rico
They are suffering in the streets and many die run over. Many are abandoned and mistreated by their owners. We need shelters where they are cared for until they find the home they deserve and have veterinary services. They are thousands of puppies who need the help of the Government and also ours, doing everything possible so that they can have a dignified life.
Street dogs are abandoned twice, first by their owners and then by the Government that does not care for them, does not respect them, does not respect the citizens who want this problem to be solved, rescued and give up for adoption.
Please, with this petition all the signatories ask the Government of Puerto Rico to build shelters for stray animals.
