Because they are sentient beings and totally depend on the human being to survive, humans created the domestic animals to now do it wrong and abandon them. In many cities in my country the problem of abandoned animals is getting worse and it seems that few people care about animals. We do not have the help from the Government, so today I decided to write this petition, to see if pressing among all we can get the Government to move and work to help abandoned animals.
The Town Councils must build shelter where they can rescue, feed and sterilize animals to avoid reproduction and abandonment.
We need to reduce reproduction to the maximum, in order to reduce the number of stray animals, as a first step to solve the problem.
