It was stipulated that no circus would abuse animals to be presented in shows. Well now they have a gorilla and dogs that they present in their functions. I ask the circuses to be closed, for violating the stipulation of the handling of animals.

Animal abuse in circuses must now be eradicated with exemplary punishments for those who carry it out.
