This petition is in order to pressurize to accelerate the retirement process of all Carts Horses of Tuluá Valle.
It is not fair to profit from an animal, we are in 2017 and horses should not be used to work no more. These poor horses suffer, work inhumane hours until holidays and Sundays. They are mistreated, exposed to heat all day, beaten and forced to carry extremely heavy loads over long distances! No more! It hurts us all to see this!
Many of us want to do something about it when we see these cases of abuse, but we are afraid because the car drivers are very rude and some even dangerous. It is necessary that the government of Tuluá do something about it this year !!
