All people passing through the city, especially the micro and macro center, are hampered by the total lack of controls on street cuts, inadequate parking, crossing vehicles with the corresponding crossing closed, disrespect for not respecting the corresponding lane, etc.
The role of the traffic police and the Metropolitan Police is unknown. The streets called pedestrian are not, since in them they circulate vehicles with special permissions. There are bicycles in double-hand, pedestrians, etc.
In short, transit through the capital at work is a kind of adventure, which does not produce pleasure and fatigue, so we need not only better Traffic Laws, but a public force that enforces them.
