That the pets do not travel in the cellar but together with their owners. They can be in a transport kennel but with them and that people respect this decision and if they do not do it, they will lower those problematic people, because the world does not belong to them but to everyone.
The dogs in the hold are scared and do not like to be away from their owners. Also, who are we to send them there if one, as a master, cannot control the behavior of their pet.
