In the beautiful city of Medellin we are concerned, we who respect living things, the number of people and families abandoning daily their pets (especially when they grow), besides the mistreatment of animals on the street by misfits.
The municipal government does not control pet owners, so everyone does what they want. That's why we need to take some measures to prevent the abandonment of animals, the chips are needed to keep track, Laws ticketed anyone who abandons an animal, and sterilization campaigns so that everyone can operate their pets, although they have no money to pay for the operation.
With this, we will prevent more animals to live on the streets, it is the only way to end this that so much damage does to animals.
