Due to the large number of abandoned animals, and also by low-income people who cannot afford to castrate their animals, animals have multiplied in the streets of São Paulo. Federal Law 13426/2017 of March 30 guarantees and obliges the City Council to castrate street and low-income people animals. We note that castration decreased by an average of 80%, mainly in the east, north and south, São Paulo is experiencing real chaos for animals!
