The free castrations prevent animal mortality, neglect and transmission of diseases between animals and humans. It is very important to be perform the castrations at the Zoonosis Institute of our city.
That is why the Government of the City of Buenos Aires must keep the operating rooms at the Pasteur Institute, we cannot allow their closure!
