Because the animals already have enough misfortune to be abandoned on the street so that now comes a law that does not let us help them in any way so they can live a little better.
There is no right to this prohibition, since they have the right to be cared for and to look for a home where they are truly loved. While they can not defend themselves there we will be to be their voice.
