Why have a dog chained for years? He is already an elderly dog, he is cruel and inhuman. The animal is found in the area of La Veneguera, in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Calle Los Azulejos Number 5, tied all the time with a huge chain welded to the ground and with a spiked collar. His face is sad all the time.
