I write this petition to ask the real estate market to regulate and adjust the rental prices of the flats in Barcelona. For a long time, many citizens have been forced to stop living in this city because of the great inflation that is in the price of rents that, to a large part of the population, are unaffordable.
Housing is an essential asset for all people and the prices of many of the flats that are rented make it unfeasible for a large part of the population to achieve it.
