Apply prison to those who mistreat and abandon an animal, in addition to prohibiting agreements, filing regime and fines. That they impose exemplary sentences, that contemplate years in prison depending on the seriousness of the case.
That the State carry out sterilization and castration days at the national level. Promote adoptions and create onerous taxes for the purchase of animals and keep a record of those who acquire them to follow up to know the conditions of the animal.
Enforce the law with the creation of an animal police. Promote respect and love for animals from schools. Provide Misión Nevado with resources to provide free, quality care to animals in need.
