In Necochea, as in many other cities, there are, for man's irresponsibility, many dogs abandoned and suffering in the streets, but I have observed that many of them are positive crosses to be trained as the canine companions of the policemen who watch the streets of the city on foot, and thus could even cover more areas where only the police vehicle is seen passing by, and that is not enough to avoid criminal acts.
We ask the authorities of the Municipality of Necochea to rescue the dogs from the street to help in the work of crime prevention in our municipality.
