Addressed to: Municipality of Guayaquil
We ask, request and demand of the Municipality of Guayaquil, that the Department of Animal Welfare do its job well. We demand that there be agreements with veterinarians and with animal food distributors.
That a carnet be drawn up for the animals since many rescuers collect them in the streets, parks, houses, etc. and without any municipal help.
That a census and monitoring of the rescued animals be made.
That the Law on penalizing animal abuse is complied with.
