The importance of having dogs and cats is to be aware of being able to give them a life as they deserve and to sterilize them so that they do not proliferate and abandon them. If you do not have a comfortable environment for your pets and the facility to buy their food and basic needs, do not commit to having them only to take care of your home.
We must raise awareness in the population so that this does not continue to happen, and it is the Government's job to carry out an awareness campaign on responsible animal ownership.
