Put surveillance and protection in the animal shelters of the whole country

The animal shelters have almost no resources to cover the basic needs of the animals they shelter, much less to be able to have guards to protect the animals when the volunteers are not there. This is well known to the crooks who take advantage of this easy target to enter them and do everything they want. They enter, they destroy, they break and they steal cameras they beat and they torture the animals they even kill them and also they take the ones that want to do with them who knows that, but surely that nothing good.
I create this petition to ask the Government of Spain to put surveillance and protection as a public service to the animal shelters that exist in the country so that this does not happen again.
