The animals are so helpless that it is not fair that they make them suffer in this way, and that they also take their lives. The only way to protect them is to punish those who harm them, mistreat them or kill them, so it is important that the Laws are fairer.
In Mérida, 15 cats were poisoned in Colonia Carranza, and in only one week five cats were killed. Today they are cats, tomorrow may be the children who play in the colony those who die poisoned.
