I ask you to sign if you agree to punish those who abandon the animals on the roads to their fate so that they are run over by the cars or die of hunger and thirst. This horror is seen every day in Colombia, that is why I ask that abandonment be punished, not only on the roads, but in cities and towns.
The Laws do nothing to punish the people who abandon pets, and that we must change it with Laws to protect them, please, we need our Government to think about them and do everything possible to stop this abuse to large scale.
