Luna's owner in Cármen de Carupa, Cundinamarca, Colombia, threw her out on the street when she became pregnant, she was wandering the street and the people scared her when she tried to take refuge to sleep or look for food. He used to play in a park near the house where he lived before, but when he tried to get close to his former owner, he kicked and yelled at her. Since then she lived on the street with her four cubs and had to look for food in the garbage.
The last days of April / 20 while she slept, her former owner appeared and attacked her, she tried to defend her children but the energetic murdered the cubs in his presence and beat her wildly until leaving her in this state. There is Law 1774/16 that penalizes mistreatment in Colombia and Law 84/89 or the National Animal Protection Statute.
The murderer must be exemptly sanctioned for the cruelty with which he committed such a vile and despicable act against a defenseless and innocent animal.
