In our city, Campo Belo, Minais Gerais, to this day we have not seen any punishment for animal abusers, and every day we see how sick animals and puppies are abandoned. We received complaints of ill-treatment but no national, state or municipal body has done anything to punish such attitudes.
We need the protection of the Legislature, Executive and military urgently, we can not continue to allow animals to be abandoned, mistreated and murdered with impunity without these evildoers receiving their due.
