For the poor who cannot pay in Spain we need that free public health must be not only for us, many of us have pets and cannot afford a vet, that's one of the main causes of abandonment.
These veterinary care centers should provide sterilization services, vaccinations, surgeries, consultations and emergencies. So people will not be forced to have to leave or to let them die by not cover veterinary costs.
