As we people need hospitals, our furry little friends need medical attention and as owners cannot always give them the properly attention they deserve because their treatments are expensive.
Because castrations, treatments, sometimes are expensive, and this can prevent not only deaths but have so many stray dogs on our streets without providing any service health.
The government must listen to us and build a Veterinary Public Hospital.
