Protectives and Town Hall: apply CES Protocol / Volunteers: cooperation in food

Addressed to: City Hall of Madrid and 1 more

For several years, my mother has been feeding and sterilizing more than 40 cats in the feline colony of Carlos Trías Bertrán Square and nearby (north-central Madrid) with her physical and economic efforts. At the moment she feels incapable to follow alone in the same situation, she is 72 years old and she is sick.

Since September 2016 she has been asking for help from Protective Associations and Madrid Salud (City Council) to sterilize and, so far, no one has come ... The cats have given birth in July and will return to calving soon.

I understand that street cats are many, and protective associations are few, and some with few means, but she alone can do less, so she offers to continue to collaborate economically in their diet. So far, in her absences, she has paid some people who have replaced her, although sometimes they have not come with the frequency agreed, so she needs volunteers who are involved and commit to the daily feeding of these animals.

If this aid does not arrive soon, she will have to, with great regret, abandon the colony, leaving to feed these kittens, that is why I need help to castrate them and I also need volunteers for their food.
