In the municipalities of Cocotitlán, San Andrés Metla and Chalco, the "authorities" who should protect pets according to the Law that promulgated the State are making a hunt for stray animals without any compassion. They are killing these innocents that their only crime was to be stray animals or have slag as owners who prefer to sacrifice them, as it is through notices where they are receiving voluntary donation of dogs and cats to eradicate them from their streets.
Where is protection for these defenseless? If we do not do something for them that we love animals, no one will, the Government is now its own executioner after penalizing animal abuse.
